In 2005, Bea Fields founded what has now become known as The Gen Y Project. This two year project has now become a mission to teach corporate, business and community leaders about how to effectively communicate with Generation Y and how to utilize their talents, most of which are entirely foreign to the more seasoned (i.e., older) generations, like the Baby Boomers and Traditionalists. Fields is the co-author of Millennial Leaders: Success Stories From Today's Most Brilliant Generation Y Leaders, a book which features interviews with some of the top Gen Y leaders of today and represents a merging of the talents and skill sets of the experts interviewed.
